Estimated delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by supplier processing, consolidation, customs, transport schedules, weather or other events outside Orders Connect's direct control.\n\nWhere shipping is marked as Paid Shipping, the shipping fee may be calculated or collected separately from the product payment. Where a product is marked Free Shipping, no later shipping charge is normally required unless a different charge is clearly disclosed for that order.\n\nLocal delivery is different from international or supplier shipping. If a customer asks Orders Connect to send an item from the warehouse or pickup location to the customer's address, an additional local delivery fee may apply.\n\nCustomers should review their order and contact details carefully. Orders Connect may contact the customer when additional shipping information or payment is required.
