Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. An order may not be cancellable after purchasing, supplier processing, shipment, consolidation or another fulfilment step has begun.\n\nWhere a refund is approved, the refundable amount depends on the order status, the reason for the refund and any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Shipping, delivery, payment-processing and other service charges may be non-refundable where those services have already been provided or the cost has already been incurred, except where required by law.\n\nApproved refunds may be returned through the original payment method or credited to the customer's Orders Connect Wallet where appropriate and agreed. Processing times can vary by payment provider.\n\nOrders Connect may request supporting information before approving a refund or cancellation and may reject fraudulent, duplicate, abusive or unsupported claims.
